How do I to make a reservation?

Begin by completing our application form.

Next, we'll reach out to you and provide you a comprehensive breakdown of available rooms, costs, and the necessary documentation.

If you wish to proceed with the reservation, we'll send you the rental contract along with our banking details for you to submit the deposit, which also serves as a reservation.

Once completed, it's time to move in!
What expenses should I consider when renting a room?
Expenses will depend on the length of your stay and the features of your room. These typically include:

Deposit: Paid upon signing the contract and equivalent to one month's rent. It will be refunded at the end of the contract, provided there is no damage or outstanding debt. (Deposit also functions as a reservation)

Bedding and towel package (optional): A one-time payment is made at the time of contract signing.

Rent: Payment is made from the 25th to the 30th/31st of the previous month. For example: the month of September will be paid from the 25th to the 31st of August.
Do rooms have locks?
Of course! You can feel safe knowing that you will have complete control over access to your personal space.
What documentation do I need to provide?

Guarantee. For stays exceeding two months, you will be required to provide a copy of your work contract and the most recent three payslips, either your own or from a third party. Alternatively, you may opt for an additional security deposit equivalent to three months' rent.
What is your cancellation policy
Our cancellation policy allows for cancellations of bookings or ongoing rentals with a minimum of two months' notice. Failure to meet this deadline will result in the retention of the deposit value.
Is there an age range allowed?
Yes, to ensure an appropriate academic environment, we only accept students aged between 18 and 30 years at our facilities.
Are pets allowed?
No, although we adore our furry friends here at Indie, we have chosen to maintain a pet-free environment to ensure the comfort and well-being of all our residents.
Is smoking allowed?
No, to promote a healthy and safe living environment, smoking is not allowed in our facilities.
